We are seeking a skilled and motivated marketing team to join our growing team. As a marketeer at airfocus, you will play a crucial role in planning & executing webinars,  performance reporting, and stakeholder comms.

What You Will Do:
  • Plan & Execute Webinars: Organize and deliver successful webinars, from concept to completion, ensuring high engagement and attendance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain close communication with main stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project Management: Manage internal marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on your own projects, with a strong focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Organization: Assist in the planning and execution of in-person events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively support our marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Support: Support the marketing team with various tasks, including email marketing campaigns, landing page updates, and other marketing activities as needed.
Your profile
Requirements:
  • B2B SaaS Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of B2B SaaS marketing best practices.
  • Webinar Experience: Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing successful webinars.
  • Website & Landing Page Experience: Previous experience working with websites and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for conversions.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Basic knowledge of tools within our existing tech stack, including CRMs, chat tools, interactive demo tools, project management tools, and analytics tools. You’re also proficient with AI & love to find new, creative ways to leverage it to improve your ideas, content, work, processes, etc.
Nice to Haves:
  • Additional Marketing Skills: Familiarity with email marketing best practices, content creation, and social media marketing.
  • Advanced Tool Proficiency: Experience with advanced features of our tech stack tools.
  • Event Management: Previous experience in organizing and managing in-person events.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and inform marketing strategies.

  • Organized: You’re good at tracking your work, keeping others in the loop, and managing multiple projects simultaneounsly

  • Execution-Oriented: Strong focus on execution and constantly seeking ways to optimize processes for better results.
  • Metrics-Driven: Keen interest in performance metrics and a desire to see the tangible effects of your work.
  • Project Ownership: Comfortable with owning multiple projects within the team and reporting on their success.
  • Growth Marketing Mindset: you prioritize data-driven strategies, customer-centric approaches, and iterative experimentation to drive scalable and sustainable revenue growth.
